- National Coalition of Advocates for Students
NCAS is a national, non-profit, education advocacy organization
formed as a voluntary network of education advocates, NCAS
now has 20 member groups in 14 states. NCAS works to achieve
equal access to a quality public education for students who
are most vulnerable to school failure. NCAS' constituencies
include low-income students, members of racial, ethnic and/or
language minority groups, recent immigrants, migrant farm
workers, and those with disabilities.

Diversity Digest is a quarterly newsletter published by
the Association of American Colleges and Universities (AAC&U)
and part of Diversity Works, an initiative supported by grants
from the Ford Foundation to AAC&U and the University of
Maryland at College Park. Diversity Works views human diversity
as a source of societal resilience and educational vitality.
Its purpose is to help higher education undo the legacies
